3+ years building and managing Web3 communities across Discord, Telegram, and on-chain ecosystems. I don't just moderate — I create environments where communities grow, trust is earned, and users feel heard.
I didn't start out with a title. I started as someone who genuinely cared about the communities I was part of — showing up every day, answering questions nobody else wanted to answer, and keeping things civil when things got heated.
Over time, that turned into something real. I've worked with ASIC GENESIS, COINTEL, and Beacon — three very different projects, each one teaching me something new about what it means to hold a community together when the pressure is on.
What I've learned is this: people don't stay in communities because of the tech — they stay because of how it feels. That's what I build. Spaces where people feel heard, respected, and excited to come back.
ASIC GENESIS was my proving ground. I walked into a server that had potential but needed structure. My first week, I was already dealing with spam bots flooding the chat — so I got to work cleaning it up. Then came the fun part.
COINTEL pushed me into support operations at a level I hadn't experienced before. The volume was higher, the users were more demanding, and the margin for error was smaller. I had to level up fast.
Beacon was where I learned what real pressure feels like. During outages and major updates, the community would spiral fast. My job was to be the calm in the storm — the voice that said "we see it, we're on it."
Every project I've worked on started with a conversation. If you're building something in Web3 and you need someone who shows up, gives a damn, and knows how to hold a community together — that's me. Let's talk.
